These terms govern your use of the Trinitis service at app.trinitis.ai and the website at trinitis.ai. They are an agreement between you (or the organization you represent) and Trinitis ("Trinitis", "we", "us").
Trinitis connects to your data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift, PostgreSQL and S3/Iceberg), reads existing grants through each platform's native API, helps you draft them into policies, and — once you approve a policy — writes it into that platform's own native access controls. Trinitis does not sit in the query path. Platform-by-platform capabilities are described on our Platforms page.
You retain all rights to your data and metadata. You grant Trinitis the rights needed to process metadata from your platforms solely to provide and secure the service. What we store, what we never store and how long we keep it is set out in our Privacy Policy. Where we process personal data on your behalf, our Data Processing Agreement applies.
The Free plan is provided at no charge, without a payment card. Paid plans are priced per connected platform under an order form agreed with you; that order form controls fees, term and any plan-specific commitments. See Pricing.
Each party will protect the other's non-public information with reasonable care and use it only to perform under these terms.
You may stop using Trinitis at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms. On termination, data is deleted on the schedule in our Privacy Policy. Policies already enforced in your platforms keep working — they live in your platforms' own native controls — but you lose the Trinitis management plane.
Except as expressly stated in a signed order form, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", and Trinitis disclaims implied warranties to the extent permitted by law. The Free plan is provided without any service-level commitment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising out of these terms.
We may update these terms. We will post changes on this page and update the date above.
